Snapper Jack's Taco Shack
is a family owned and operated business that has been bringing Ventura county delicious and unique Mexican food since February
of 2000. It is an eat-in restaurant that sits comfortably between fast-food and formal dining. It's beachy decor and retro
sixties vibe is geared towards families and people from every age. The original location was started by Ventura County locals Jack and Laura Plasmyer.
With the intent to bring a fresh and fun atmosphere to the "fast dining" arena, the couple has been working hard
to maintain quality food and service. In December of 2006, they joined with family, Leslie and Dale Gietzen, to open the Camarillo
location. With their continuing success, they have recently opened their third location in Thousand Oaks and look forward
to many future endeavors. Come join us for lunch or dinner and see what all the buzz is about! Have A Snappy Day!
