My previous go-to was the crispy flour chicken taco, but I was searching for another, healthier option while I try to lose a few pounds and found the quinoa bowl. It's delicious! Whole I miss the shack sauce, the cilantro lime vinaigrette is amazing too. Chicken, while beans, feta, tomatoes, and if course quinoa make for a great bowl that fills me up and tastes good. It's a great option I never knew existed before!

I love Snapper Jack's! The quality and taste of all their food is amazing. The shack sauce is delicious! I always feel like I get a healthy, delicious and satisfying meal when we eat there. The closest one to our house is 30 minutes away and we drive there just to get some Snapper Jack's because it's so good!

Grilled Halibut Taco! Much better than the really good Grilled Fish Taco. Slide 4 big jalapeno slices between the tortilla and the fish and trowel on the Habanero salsa. That will light you up!
